Omaha-based healthcare company Fusion acquired the Omaha, Lincoln and Council Bluffs franchise of the home care company Comfort Keepers this week. This acquisition is the first step in Fusion expanding into the home care industry, furthering its aim of improving the lives of everyone the company touches.
Fusion is the parent company of Fusion Medical Staffing and Fusion Workforce Solutions, two business units connecting temporary clinicians to medical facilities across the country. Comfort Keepers offers non-medical assisted living to seniors to help them preserve their independence and enhance their quality of life while remaining at home.
